Payroll Accounting

Payroll accounting is a process that requires time and effort. It is not an easy procedure because the calculation is done for each of the employees individually and takes into account systems and forms of payment used in the company.

Errors, disclosure of confidential information on terms of employees’ wages, violation of transparency in the distribution of bonuses can lead to unpleasant consequences such as dismissal, lowered motivation, flawed work of the united mechanism of the company.

Payroll accounting requires skilled approach which would take into consideration all amendments regarding calculation of insurance premiums, sick leave benefits, maternity benefits, etc, which have come into force from the beginning of 2011.

CHIPPER will make calculation of wages and salaries and applicable taxes, prepare reports according to the established form, calculate remunerations under agreements with individuals.

CHIPPER offers calculation of the following payments:

  • sick leaves,
  • vacations,
  • compensations for unused vacation to be paid when an employee gets dismissed or resigns,
  • severance packages, other compensations provided for the Russian law.

If necessary, CHIPPER will undertake to prepare:

  • mandatory forms of tax and state reports on salaries and wages,
  • individual pay sheets,
  • payroll,
  • summary tax statement.
